WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN TIKKA MASALA AND BUTTER CHICKEN?
People often get confused between these two dishes. While they are both equally DELICIOUS, Butter Chicken is creamy, mildly spiced, and slightly sweet with a distinct tomato flavor.
Chicken Tikka Masala is believed to have been created in the United Kingdom by Indian chefs adapting traditional recipes to Western tastes. The tikka sauce is more tangy and has a more pronounced spice flavor. It typically includes a blend of spices like cumin, coriander, paprika, and garam masala.

HOW DO I MAKE TURKEY TIKKA MASALA MEATBALLS?
Mix the Meatballs - In a medium bowl, stir together ground turkey, onion, garlic, ginger, egg, pinch of salt and oats.
Bake the Meatballs - Form the mixture into small balls (1-2 inch pieces). Place on a prepared baking sheet or pan (I line mine with foil for easier cleanup).
Bake for approximately 25 minutes at 375 degrees F on the middle oven rack.
Simmer the Meatballs - Remove meatballs from the oven. Transfer them to a large skillet (or dutch oven) in a single layer. Then top with preferred tikka masala sauce.
Simmer over medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes, or until sauce is heated.
Serve - Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs, greek yogurt, Serrano peppers or pepper flakes for extra spice. Serve alongside basmati rice.
