There is nothing better than homemade meatballs, especially this nutritious version of Turkey & Kale Meatballs. It’s lean, fairly inexpensive, and sneaks in some extra hidden veggies and nutrients.

To be honest, I used to be intimidated with the idea of making homemade meatballs. I thought it was a long process that took numerous ingredients and hours to make. And let me tell you....I am not about that life. I am only here for easy, family friendly, get on the table quick meals.
Luckily, you really only need a few simple ingredients to make fresh meatballs in your oven.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 3 cups finely chopped kale
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 Tbsp minced onion - dried
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp rosemary - dried
As I said before....I'm the queen of easy recipes. All you have to do for this recipe is throw everything together in a mixing bowl. Form the meatballs and bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes. Easy peasy!
To keep the healthier options going, you can serve these on top of zucchini noodles, mashed potatoes or with sweet potato fries for a delicious meal you can feel great about giving your family.

Turkey & Kale Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 lbs ground turkey
- 3 cups finely chopped kale
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tablespoon minced onion - dried

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix well.
- Form small meatballs with your hands. Place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 20-25 minutes, or until turkey is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- Remove from oven and let cool. ENJOY!
