- ½ cup soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 ½ cups chicken stock
- 2 packs ramen noodles

HOW DO I MAKE SLOW COOKER RAMEN?
In a large skillet, begin to brown the meat. Once it is crumbled, and no longer pink, remove from heat. (If you are using ground beef, be sure to drain any excess oil).
Place the ground meat in your slow cooker, along with carrots, bell pepper, green onion, garlic and brown sugar.
Next, pour the soy sauce and chicken stock into your pot. Stir to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.

When you are about 30 minutes away from serving, add the ramen noodles to your slow cooker. Make sure they are submerged in the broth/ hot ingredients. Stir occasionally to make sure the noodles break apart and cook evenly.
**If you want more liquid in your dish, feel free to add additional broth or water, as desired.**

Once the noodles are tender, serve your Ramen in a bowl and garnish with preferred toppings.
