A family favorite recipe that’s perfect for feeding a crowd!

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 lb chicken meatballs (I prefer these meatballs from Sam's. Feel free to use your preferred brand, or your own homemade meatballs).
- 8-10 oz ziti pasta
- 4 tablespoon olive oil - divided
- ⅓ cup grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- ½ red onion - chopped
- ½ cup milk
- garnish items: squeeze of fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley, additional parmesan cheese

Begin by cooking the pasta according to package instructions to al dente. Drain and set aside for now.
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoon of olive oil. Add chicken meatballs and sauté until browned on all sides and cooked through. Carefully remove and set aside.

In the same skillet add remaining olive oil, and chopped red onion. Sauté until tender, then add the minced garlic.
Once the garlic becomes fragrant, lower the heat, then stir in the milk and parmesan cheese. Continue to simmer until it begins to thicken, stirring consistently.

Add the pasta and chicken meatballs back to the skillet. Simmer for another 5 minutes, or until pasta and meatballs have reheated.
Turn off heat and garnish with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, fresh parsley and additional grated Parmesan cheese.
