WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 2 cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup oil (coconut, vegetable, or preferred)
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon all spice
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- preferred amount of peanut butter (approx. 1 teaspoon per muffin)
HOW DO I MAKE {ALMOND FLOUR} PEANUT BUTTER MOLASSES MUFFINS?
STEP 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
STEP 2: In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, maple syrup, molasses and vanilla.
STEP 3: Mix in almond flour and remaining dry ingredients.
STEP 4: Evenly divide the batter between 9-10 muffin tins. Spoon approximately 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in the center of each muffin. Swirl around with a toothpick.
STEP 5: Bake for approximately 15 minutes, remove and let cool.
