Say goodbye to another boring breakfast and hello to this recipe for Cold Brew Protein Overnight Oats. It's a delicious way to start your day.

There is no better way to start your day than with a nutritious bowl of oats. But we all know traditional oatmeal can get a tad boring. Overnight oats are such a convenient, healthy breakfast that I never get tired of creating flavors. There are so many options!
One of my most popular recipes on The Healthy Home Cook is my Cinnamon Roll Protein Overnight Oats. Other variations I've made are Brownie Batter, Banana Kiwi, Frosted Mini Wheats, Apple Pie, and now this Cold Brew Protein Overnight Oats.
This delightful recipe combines the rich, bold flavor of cold brew with protein packed oats and a creamy protein cold foam on top. It's the perfect make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings. A little prep sure does go a long way.

WHAT INGREDIENTS DO I NEED?
- 1 cup oats (old fashioned or quick oats are fine)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
- 1 ½ cup preferred milk
- ⅓ cold brew coffee (or simply brewed coffee that you let cool)
- Optional Protein Cold Foam: ⅓ cup milk + 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, or 1 scoop Hazelnut Protein Ice Coffee.

HOW DO I MAKE COLD BREW OVERNIGHT OATS?
In a large bowl, combine the oats, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, chia seeds and yogurt.
Pour in the milk and cold coffee. Mix well, then divide into two containers. Place the containers in your refrigerator overnight.

When you are ready to enjoy, you have the option to top with an additional dose of protein. If you would like to add the protein cold foam on top, simple blend together ⅓ cup of milk with 1 scoop of vanilla protein until creamy and foamy. My preference is 1 scoop Hazelnut Protein Ice Coffee. It gives the dish a much bigger coffee flavor, which I love!
*I use an immersion blender to make the cold foam. It works much better than a small milk frother.
